Each person is provided with the Sense-of-Self (S-o-S) Workbook to use as they go through the S-o-S program.  This workbook was created by J.R. Rackley, as a result of years of refining and detailing his S-o-S methodology, for the specific purpose of helping individuals complete this program in an organized and systematic fashion and have with them a map that leads them to their goal of raising their overall sense-of-self.  The workbook contains step-by-step exercises, mental challenges, sense-of-self scaling tools, and much more.

PLEASE CHOOSE THE ONE DAY OF THE WEEK THAT YOU WILL WANT TO ATTEND. PLEASE ONLY CHOOSE ONE, AS THIS WILL BE THE DAY THAT YOU ATTEND EACH WEEK FOR THE DURATION OF THE PROGRAM.

A Sense-of-Self Program for Athletes and entire Athletic Teams.  This would involve 6 senses-of-self that can support, help, and guide athletes in their off seasons, so that athletes can stay focused and continue to move forward in their journey of building or maintaining a solid sense-of-self.  This is a good team building and bonding experience that each team member can participate in by keeping each other accountable.  Team deals will be available.  ANY SPORT.  Please email me at [email protected] if you, or your organization are interested.  In-person groups are available depending on location and availability of the instructor/coach.
