This program is designed to eliminate excuses by placing a simple and highly effective system into your own hands that even the most unmotivated people could follow through on. So, if you are feeling down and not wanting to exert any effort, I get it. The only thing that the Sense-of-Self program can ask of you is to log on or show up, listen, and who knows, perhaps you will find that the program speaks to you or that you relate to someone in the group you don’t feel so alone. Ask yourself this question, “What if?” What if the solution to your struggles with having a low, and what seems like a defeated, sense-of-self is somewhere inside this program? Wouldn’t that be enough to take the chance? You have everything to gain and nothing to lose! You will find that in addition to being introduced to the Sense-of-Self program system, you will also have an enthusiastic and motivational instructor/coach. This individual will help to inspire change, motivate movement forward, and encourage you to seek the best version of yourself.
There is a moment for some of us in which our reality seems all too much like an unhealthy abyss of loss, and what may feel like a fantasy world, which becomes a norm to which we live to survive. This moment may last for just that, a moment, or it may go on for months, even years. This false sense of who we are can feel like a broken part of us, a loss of our Sense-of-Self. Within this program, you can find the solutions to building up that very reality we once were all entitled to, a fact of authenticity, genuine, and truth, by searching deep inside yourself and bringing to the surface the Senses-of-Self that lives inside you.
Meaning Behind Coaching
Coaching is different from psychotherapy. The S-o-S Program is entrenched with the ideas, concepts, and theories that stem from Life Coaching. This program will take you into an internal voice of strength, one that can help to produce the actions necessary to change the way that you feel about yourself in a very positive way. Coaching within the S-o-S program is designed to focus on helping individual's find the catalyst to achieving the goals that they set, the accountability of following through with their actions to meet their goals, and provide the encouragement and support along the way so that you don't feel as though you have to go through this alone. You Are Not Alone In This!
The 90-day challenge starts the first minute you log onto the course in week 1. Six out of seven of these weeks will be working on the six major Senses-of-Self, to which you will begin engaging these into your life so that you feel better and stronger about yourself. Believe it or not, by the time you complete the S-o-S program, you are already 45-days into the 90-day Challenge. It is in your hands to empower yourself to finish the challenge.
Who The Program Can Help
A low Sense-of-Self can trouble anyone. Whether you are a parent, an athlete, a young adult, in your mid-life years, your golden years, transitioning into adulthood, trying to take new and uncomfortable steps in life, trying to regain control of your life, or are just in a place where you need some guidance, the Sense-of-Self program is here to help you find what you are looking for by offering you the solutions that will help you get there. Sometimes, we can understand and solve the most troublesome situations from the most elementary methods. An emotional disruption can seem like a mountain of stress, an overwhelming force where it seems as though no hope is in sight. In a very elementary way, the Sense-of-Self program breaks down methods and concepts that will spring you forward onto your way to a better version of yourself. The challenging part of this program is the thinking behind the elementary exercises. Both your intellectual and emotional sides will be challenged so that the two can come together and live in harmony.
Pushing back against resistance
The journey that you will embark on is going to be filled with distractions, deterrents, and any number of justifications to why the program isn't working for you. I have helped numerous individual's gain, or re-gain, their sense-of-self by guiding them through the S-o-S Program, and know undeniably that it does work. However, resistance may become involved, as change for any system, especially for a mental and emotional combination, can feel awkward. This program will help you to identify some of the resistance that you face, within yourself and from external factors. Working through the S-o-S Program will help you to ease the resistance to change, and open up to an acceptance of positive and healthy living.
