Each person is provided with the Sense-of-Self (S-o-S) Workbook to use as they go through the S-o-S program. This workbook was created by J.R. Rackley, as a result of years of refining and detailing his S-o-S methodology, for the specific purpose of helping individuals complete this program in an organized and systematic fashion and have with them a map that leads them to their goal of raising their overall sense-of-self. The workbook contains step-by-step exercises, mental challenges, sense-of-self scaling tools, and much more.
In-person Sense-of-Self Groups depends on the instructor’s/coach’s availability and your location. Please email me at [email protected] for further information.
Sense-of-Self LLC will schedule in advance and take into consideration any holidays that may fall within the time frame of the program that you signed up for. In the event a holiday does fall on one of your scheduled days, that day will be skipped, and the program will resume the following week, on your scheduled day.
If a group is canceled for any unforeseen circumstance, the weekly scheduled program will be pushed back one week. For example, if there is a canceled group on Monday, and that was the Week 3 group, then the Week 3 group would be taught in Week 4, and then Week 4 would be taught in Week 5, and so on.
- Week 1 – Introduction, Orientation, 1st Sense-of-Self Scale, and Meet and Greet. (90 mins)
- Week 2 – Self-Confidence (90 mins)
- Week 3 – Self- Esteem (90 mins)
- Week 4 – Self-Awareness (90 mins)
- Week 5 – Self-Respect (90 mins)
- Week 6 – Self-Image (90 mins)
- Week 7 – Self-Worth, 2nd Sense-of-Self Scale, 90-Day Challenge, and Closing Discussions (90 mins)
