Our 90 Day Challenge

The 90-day challenge starts the very first minute you log onto the course in week 1.  Six out of seven of these weeks will be working on the six major Senses-of-Self, to which you will began engaging these into your life so that you feel better and stronger about yourself.  Believe it or not, by the time you complete the S-o-S program, you are already 45-days into the 90-day Challenge.  It is in your hands to empower yourself to finish the challenge.

While you are in the program, you will have been working on the S-o-S that was taught during that week, and now, it is time to mix them up throughout the week so that they start to work together and so that you can feel how each S-o-S supports the other.  I encourage you to complete the remainder of this challenge by working on a different S-o-S each day, for 45-days.  If you finish this challenge, you will have worked on each S-o-S fifteen times!!!

Throughout this course, you will hear me talk about embracing a certain “faith”.  I will explain that this is not religious or spiritual in nature, but more so a trust, in that what this process has to offer is worth the work that one puts into it.  Along the way, on your journey, whatever that looks like to you, there are going to be tools, mechanisms and skills that are taught to you.  Some of these may seem confusing, to how they work, or what they accomplish.  Some of these may not make sense to you right away, but it is in this “faith” that I ask you to try.  Give it a chance!  Try it out!  You have nothing to lose and everything to gain!

There is a new and improved version of you just waiting to be unfolded.  One layer at a time, you can provide yourself with an insight that you may not have thought was possible.  This program is designed to help you, allow yourself, to find and embrace a level of authenticity that has been there the whole time.  Progress is earned, not given, and by acting on these Senses-of-Self, you will open yourself up to a whole new world.  The 90-day challenge is a way to help you break away from old routines and habit, ways of thinking, and maladaptive behaviors, and to truly adopt new, more positive, and healthy ones.  You can do it!!

By the time you finish the program, with a professional life coach, you would have completed 6 weeks of self improvement exercises. So you're already halfway there, once you graduate from the program, it's up to you to continue to work on yourself for the second half.
